TRANS:MISSION PROGRAM
Equipping Apprentices for Faithful Ministry
TRANS:MISSION is focused on preparing you for faithful service in local church ministry, church planting, or further theological study.
We partner with local churches to identify and appoint gifted men and women as apprentices, ensuring they receive intentional mentoring and meaningful ministry opportunities within a real congregational setting.
Through our structured training program, apprentices grow not only in knowledge, but also in conviction and skill. As you participate, you are equipped to step into leadership and word-ministry roles with greater confidence – growing into a fruitful servant who helps advance God’s Kingdom.

The design of these workshops ensures that what you learn is immediately applied in your church context, equipping you to serve effectively and fruitfully right now.

Certificate of Completion And Endorsement
Upon completing the program, you will receive a Certificate of Completion confirming your grounding in foundational ministry skills. More importantly, this certificate will serve as an endorsement from TRANS:MISSION of your proven readiness for local church ministry, church planting, and/or further theological training.
Apprentices will finish the program with greater confidence, competence, and clarity about their next steps in ministry.
